Himalaya RUMALAYA GEL is a fast-acting topical gel that provides relief from joint, neck, back and shoulder pain by its cold and warming effect when rubbed on the skin.

Ingredients: Aqua, Gaultheria fragrantissima leaf oil, Pinus roxburghii oleo gum resin oil, Mentha arvensis aerial parts extract, Cetearyl alcohol, Propylene glycol, Ceteareth-20, Cetyl palmitate, Ethoxydiglycol, Vitex negundo aerial parts oil, Cedrus deodara wood oil, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome oil, Boswellia serrata resin oil, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
