Follow with a warming massage with Arnica Massage oil, helping to prevent tenseness and sore muscles by keeping the muscles warm and flexible. Arnica Massage Oil 100ml: For massage, apply the oil to dry skin. Apply to slightly damp skin for faster absorption. Do not apply to broken skin.
