The highly branched cyclic cyclodextrins Cluster Dextrin from which GlycoBol is made are an evolution of several carbohydrate-based products on the market, namely Vitargo, Maltodextrins, Waxy maize and Karbolyn (as well as Glucose and Dextrose). - Directions: Mix 2 scoops (30 g) in 250 ml of water and take once a day, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours following highly intensive and long-lasting exercise. The product can also be taken before or during physical activity.
