Alfred Vogel learned of the benefits of naturally fermented, concentrated whey, from Swiss farmers and created Molkosan using whey from meadow fed mountain cattle.
- Ingredients: Concentrated, lactofermented whey (from Swiss milk and without protein), L+ lactic acid, potassium citrate. Pasteurised.
