Description

Ginger has a spicy aroma with subtle hints of lemon and pepper. It is a warming, fortifying and stimulating oil that supports healthy circulatory and digestive systems, may also support muscles and joints.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale) steam distilled from the unpeeled dried root. Natural constituents: Borneol (alcohol), citral, aldehyde, cineole, sesquiterpene, camphene, limonene, phellandrene (terpenes)

Directions

Directions: Dilute 6-10 drops, add to a bath. Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner. Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation. Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
