ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL (SPANISH) Steam distilled. A herbaceous-woody aroma, rich in cineol which gives it a fresh, clearing eucalyptus-type aroma. Used to energise and focus the mind. Supports concentration, focus and memory. Use with massage oil to release everyday aches.

Directions
  • Directions: Blend 6-10 drops in a bath. Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner. Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation. Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
