Ingredients: Peppermint (Mentha piperita) Oil

Directions: FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Add one to two drops to a bath to soothe the joints after a session in the garden or post workout. Add a few drops to a vaporiser along with Rosemary oil for an energising blend to help you focus whilst studying. Add two to three drops to a flannel and place at the base of your shower in the morning - allow the hot water to release the invigorating aromas through the steam as you shower. Perfect for a morning pick-me-up! Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use in massage to help settle the stomach and soothe the muscles. Add a few drops to your shampoo to help revitalise dull or greasy hair.
