BCAA G FORCE, i.e. improvement of exercise energy and a guarantee of post-workout anabolism
Exercise increases the risk of muscle BCAA breakdown

Any type of exercise, especially aerobic exercise, increases the activity of enzymes in the muscles responsible for the breakdown of BCAAs. Of course, there is a rational physiological explanation for this. In this way, the body protects itself against the energy deficit that can occur during training (BCAAs are converted into glucose in the glucose-alanine cycle). Unfortunately, the body's adaptation mechanisms, especially in the field of BCAA management, which it has developed over the years of evolution, are not always consistent with our training goals.

The increased breakdown of BCAAs during exercise means nothing more than catabolism. The muscles are the largest systemic deposit of BCAAs. So if the body needs BCAA amino acids for energy, it will take them from the muscles that are predominantly made of them! Then the main goal, maintaining energy efficiency, is achieved, but unfortunately at the cost of muscle catabolism. For this simple reason, no matter what type of effort you make, never forget about anti-catabolic protection and take the content of bcaa.
