Directions
  • Directions: Take a single serving of the product — 5 g (1 scoop) and wash down with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily. Do not dissolve the product. On workout days: Ist serving 30 min. before a workout, 2nd serving directly after a workout. On non-workout days: Ist serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving at bedtime.
