Description

The enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO) corresponds to the body's own enzyme that breaks down food histamine. With DAOZym®, the DAO enzyme can easily be supplied as required and thus contribute to the tolerance of histamine-containing foods. DAOZym® also contains the amino acid L-glutamine.
