  • Directions: Take a single portion of the product - 3 capsules - wash down with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings a day. On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
