Directions
  • Directions: Take one capsule daily after food, ideally half an hour or longer, or at bedtime. This may be increased to one capsule three times daily in acute episodes as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Travellers - start taking Saccharomyces Boulardii for at least seven days prior to the start of your journey.
