  • Directions: SKIN & HAIR CARE: Apply a small amount of sesame seed oil to face, body or hair. Massage into scalp and hair, leave on for a while or over night, then wash out. OIL PULLING: Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice to improve oral health. Swish one tablespoon of sesame oil for 4–8 minutes, covering all teeth, then spit and rinse with warm water. ABHYANGA MASSAGE: Warm the oil slightly by placing the bottle in a bowl of warm water and use it to massage your body, providing relaxation and nourishment to the skin. FUSHI TOP TIP: Mix into DIY skincare or use as a makeup remover. CULINARY USE: Drizzle over salads, vegetables and finished dishes or use in dressings and marinades.
