Directions

Directions: Apply a small amount to an electric or a manual toothbrush and gently brush teeth and gums. Do this morning and evening, and preferably after each meal. Minimize swallowing and spit out excess toothpaste once you have finished brushing your teeth. Avoid rinsing the mouth with water immediately after brushing as this could reduce the fluoride’s effectiveness.
