• Ingredients: Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)(20%), chamomile petals (Chamomilla recutita) (20%), alfalfa leaf (Medicago sativa), flax seed (Linum usitatissimu), hibiscus petals (Hibiscus sabdariff), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), avena sativa (oat straw) (7.5%), elecampane root (Inula heleniu), apple & valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) (<2%), vegetable cellulose capsule shell
  
  
  The oat straw is naturally gluten free and all product batches are all tested to ensure there is no gluten present

Daily Intake Amount: One capsule

• Directions: Take one to two capsules before bed with a glass or water. You can take Hello Sleep when you need them (on the nights you need help with sleep), or every night to help establish a good sleep pattern. For most people one capsule is enough, but if sleep could be improved after trying one capsule, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
