Isotonic is a food supplement in the form of powder for preparing a drink. It contains complex of vitamins, minerals and ashwagandha root extract. Calcium, biotin, thiamine, riboflavin and vitamin B12 contribute to the maintenance of the proper energy metabolism. Magnesium, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6 help to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue while potassium helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles.

Directions
  • Directions: A serving of 31.5g (2 scoops) dissolve in a shaker with 700ml of water. Use before, during (every 15 min) and after physical effort (around 200 ml). Do not exceed one serving per day.
