Typically found in meat, eggs, legumes, mushrooms, broccoli and royal jelly, pantothenic acid is a member of the B vitamin family. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal mental performance and normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones.
