Directions: Night Night - If you’re looking for some quality sleep, then chew one to two tablets one hour before bed. For children 7-14 years, chew one tablet one hour before bed. Not suitable for children under 7 years old. Feeling frazzled or have a stressful event on the horizon? Chew one tablet per day as needed, two tablets per day for up to 30 days, or four tablets per day for two days (one day before, and the day of the stressful event). For children aged 7-14, chew one tablet per day as needed.
