The Healthy Trinity System is an easy to use three-step live bacteria supplement system for optimal overall and digestive health. This custom system is a great starter and maintenance program to provide helpful levels of beneficial bacteria throughout the gastrointestinal tract.

This kit allows you to mix and match, layer together, and experiment with different amounts to find the most beneficial effect for your digestive health. Each kit is either a 30-day supply, or our new 60-capsule (60-day) Family Size, and includes one bottle each of:

  • Megadophilus® provides the “good bacteria” Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 (in dairy based powder) or NAS super strain (in dairy free vegetarian/vegan capsules), 2 billion colony forming units (cfu) per capsule or 1/2 tsp. (1 gram). Lactobacillus acidophilus NAS and DDS-1 are two of the acidophilus strains that particularly benefit the small intestine.
  • Bifido Factor® provides Bifidobacterium bifidum Malyoth super strain, 2 billion cfu per capsule or 1/2 tsp. (1 gram). Bifidobacterium bifidum Malyoth is one of the bifidum strains that particularly benefits the large intestine.
  • Digesta-Lac® provides Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB-51 champion transient super strain, 2 billion cfu per capsule or 1/2 tsp. (1 gram).Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB-51 benefits the entire gastrointestinal tract.

    Megadophilus Other Ingredients:
    Non-fat milk, lactose, whey.

     

    Bifido Factor Probiotic Strain Used:
    Bifidobacterium bifidum, Malyoth super strain – 2 billion CFU per serving.

    Bifido Factor Other Ingredients:
    Non-fat milk, lactose, whey.

     

    Digesta Lac Probiotic Strain Used:
    Lactobacillus bulgaricus, LB-51 – 2 billion CFU per 1/2 tsp (1 gram).

    Digesta Lac Other Ingredients:
    Non-fat milk, lactose, whey.

Directions
  • directions:

    Take one serving from each bottle once daily.

    • Step 1: Morning

    • Step 2: Noon

    • Step 3: Night

    Keep all three servings separate until ready to use. Servings may be taken together or separately.

    The recommended serving is ½ teaspoon daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

    Take with approximately six ounces of unchilled, filtered (chlorine-free) water. The powder may also be mixed with water, yogurt, milk, or diluted apple or pear juice if preferred.

    For best results:

    • Take before meals to support optimal digestion.

    • Take at least two hours apart from herbs, garlic, and prescription medications.

    • Serving size may be gradually increased at each interval to support personal health objectives.
