Daily Intake Amount: One sachet

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.

• Directions: Take one sachet daily for seven consecutive days, preferably with breakfast. Shake sachet, gradually sprinkle contents into a glass of water and vigorously swirl to dissolve fully. Can be taken occasionally (e.g. monthly), or on an ongoing basis.
