Directions

Directions: Add two teaspoons (4g) of Pamban Chai mix to a saucepan along with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk / non-dairy. Bring to boil and then simmer for two minutes. Strain and add sugar as desired (we recommend one teaspoon per cup).
