B Complex Plus is a one-a-day supplement that provides active forms of over 100% of the daily value for all eight essential B vitamins.

B Complex Plus includes 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg) of active, methylated folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate or 5-MTHF) that crosses the blood-brain barrier and supports MTHFR gene variations and healthy methylation.

It also contains choline for additional methylation support and 50 mcg of vitamin B12 in bioavailable methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
