Directions
  • Directions: One serving = 5g (one heaped teaspoon). Take 30 minutes before a meal. Add one to two teaspoons of powder (5g to 10g) to a small amount of water or juice (¼ of a glass). Mix slowly in all directions until it turns into a smoothe paste. Stir as you add more liquid until glass is full. Drink immediately and then follow with another glass of liquid. Take one to three times daily.
