We use patented ksm 66 ashwaganda. This is pharmacy grade. We have combined this with , Theanine and two variations of magnesium

We use halcyon after all training sessions, to immediately promote recovery. Making progress is all about efficient recovery, and being as relaxed as possible after training helps the whole process hugely.

We also use halcyon on stressful workdays.

Directions

Directions: 4 capsules to be taken daily before bed. In times of high stress, 4 capsules can also be taken in the afternoon. Use for athletes: 4 capsules to be taken immediately after training. In times when stress is high, 4 capsules can also be taken before bed.
