Directions
  • Directions: To prepare a protein shake dissolve one serving (28g - 1 scoop in 300-350 ml of water). To get the consistency of a pudding, dissolve one serving (28g) in 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed one serving per day.
