  DHA and EPA are both essential omega-3 fatty acids that have traditionally been obtained from eating oily fish. Well we've taken out the middle man, the reason these fish contain Omega-3s like DHA and EPA is because they have algae as a major part of their diet, so why not go straight to the source?

  Our Omega-3 DHA:EPA 500mg is produced from algae (Schizochytrium sp. microalgae), making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians, as well as everyone else!

  As our bodies cannot make either DHA or EPA a regular intake is highly recommended to help maintain normal brain function, normal healthy vision, the normal function of the heart, and the maintenance of normal blood pressure, by helping to regulate blood triglyceride levels.
