Bare Biology Beam & Balance Vitamin D3 & K2 spray with natural peppermint oil is a really easy way to get a high dose 4,000iu (100 micrograms) of vitamin D3 balanced with 100 micrograms of K2 in just three small sprays, minimal ingredients (all plant-based) and in a base of MCT oil. Flexible dosing.

Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (coconut), vitamin K2 compound (medium chain triglycerides, menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 compound (medium chain triglycerides, plant derived cholecalciferol), peppermint oil (mentha piperita)

Directions

Directions: Adults 18+: three sprays a day under the tongue. 12-17 Years: one spray a day under the tongue. 180 sprays per pack . 60 day supply at three sprays per day. Not recommended for children under 12 due to the peppermint oil.

Additional_Warnings: If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication (especially blood thinners), check with your doctor ﬁrst and never take more than the recommended dose. You should never supplement K2 if you’re on blood-thinning medication such as warfarin.
