Directions
  • Directions: Take up to one level 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake 1-3g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption. 1 x level teaspoon = approx 3g. Can also be taken as part of a morning or evening relaxation routine. Partially soluble in warm water or milk-based drinks.
