Directions
  • Directions: Take up to one level 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake 800mg - 2.4g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption. 1 x level teaspoon = approx 2.4g. The powder has an earthy flavour and although it can be taken as a tea by adding water it is more often combined with stronger flavours such as coffee or chocolate. Partially water-soluble, as a dual extract (alcohol and water).
