Directions
  • Directions: Take up to 1½ level 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake 1-3g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption. 1½ level teaspoon = approx 3g. Partially water-soluble. The bitterness of the green tea polyphenols and some of reishi triterpenes combined with the savoury taste of hot water extracts can require the taste of the powder to be masked by combining with strong flavours, such as thick mango / similar fruit juices or coffee.
